You know I was always put at ease by your smile
I hope you don't mind if I sit by your grave for a while
The days and weeks since you left this earth
Have felt so empty and lonesome for what they were worth
I miss seeing you, and the joyus times
The warm nature of people whom you've touched their lives
The fun and laughter you taught me to love
The challenges and struggles that you rose above
I know you're safe in heaven at peace
