The man from the ploo
My Fathers family have been ploughmen on the east coast of Scotland for years, or as they call it uo there "plooing". I don't know much about the history of, I wish I did. I've been to a few matches but I've never been that involved with it. My grandfather was ploughing on farms when he was younger, not just at matches and whenever he wrote a letter to someone he always signed it "the man from the ploo". I wrote this song song about it, it's not very long but it has a good story.
